Diesel engine technology
The focus of our business area is the sale of original spare parts for 4-stroke diesel engines, mainly the manufacturer BOSCH and DEUTZ. As BOSCH is the worldwide manufacturer of engine components for a variety of engine manufacturers, there is of course a whole range of spare parts that can be supplied by us, such as: for MaK, MAN, MAN B & W, DEUTZ, MWM, MTU, SCANIA, and many more. Furthermore, we can also supply complete engines.
In addition there are the 2-stroke large diesel engines of the manufacturers MAN B & W and Wartsila which can be found in ship operation and in stationary power plants. Here, too, we can offer original MAN spare parts, for example. The spectrum ranges from small O-rings to complete injection pumps.
We can also supply spare parts from BOSCH Rexroth, Aventics or Emerson in the field of compressed air and hydraulics. This means, for example, pressure reducers or pressure control valves are part of our range of services.
Alternatives
All engine manufacturers provide spare parts warranties that accompany the customer during a normal engine life. After 20-30 years, however, these are discontinued for economic reasons. On the one hand, the technology is changing to more efficient, more economical engines and, on the other hand, the engines and their ships are disappearing into a blast furnace due to their age. Few engines remain for which an original spare parts inventory is no longer economically worthwhile. In order to guarantee the running time of your engines, we may be able to assist you with replacement products. Just ask us.
Repair technology
It does not always have to be new and sometimes a repaired original part can be better than a new remodeled “Far East” part. Especially in ship operation or the operation of stationary power plants it depends on the operational reliability.
We believe that it is important to strengthen the domestic economy and work together with partners who have long existed in the local market and have the necessary know-how to bring components back to a “like new” condition.
New production
Sometimes components are very special and individually manufactured and provided without a part number. Thus, such components in case of failure are not easy to recover. This can be, for example, banjo bolts, bumpers or brackets, housings and also high-quality turned parts. Talk to us. Give us a description or drawing after which we can produce.
